The times are screwed up again due to timezone stuff. I woke up about 7:30 AZ time, got up, had breakfast, and went outside to hookup. That went as usual except I tightened the lug nuts because we had a new tire installed. We were on the road somewhere around 8:30.
Amazingly there wasn't much wind, and what there was varied between quartering behind and a tail wind. For most of the first 250 miles we were getting over 12 mpg. That ended when we met a strong headwind that cut that down to 11. I'd planned on skipping a fuel stop, but the wind caused me to stop at a Maverick. The $3.15 price made that OK.
We got into Albuquerque about 2:30 their time. As well as I can figure the trip took about 6 hours. We set up, fed the pets, and then went looking for DEF and paper towels. We found both at a local Home Depot. Then we went back home.
I watched videos until I got bored and then switched to a movie. When that was over I surfed for a little while, took a shower, and went to bed.
