I woke up about 8, fed the cats, and then went back to play games. I got up for breakfast a little after 9. Then it was a short surfing session.
Today was 1/3 success and 2/3 pain. The success was that I finally got the pantry lights installed. It took a lot of pain, 6.5 hours worth. Most of it was because the Chinese didn't wire the existing light like I thought they did. Figuring out what they had done took a lot of time. Eventually I used the existing light to control the new LED strips. That meant that all of the work I'd done on the wiring harness yesterday was unnecessary. So was buying the additional motion sensor. I had to take the wiring harnes I'd made apart and modify it. Crap.
While I was doing that I had to go to the well house to get some heat shrink. The floor of it was half covered in water. I didn't find time to deal with it, so I gave the problem to Ellen. She found a plumber who will come out tomorrow. I bet it's expensive.
I wasn't through with the pantry until almost 4. That made for a really late lunch. After lunch it was videos. I got tired of that quickly and sat down to watch TV - nap time.
Ellen fixed sausage and hashbrowns for dinner. After dinner was more TV followed with videos. I was actually watching TV videos on the computer. I guess I should have used the TV.
