I woke up about 8, but played games in bed until almost 10. I was having a good run. Then it was breakfast and videos. I wanted to go biking, but it was drizzling.
A word about Day 1953. Of course that was the year I was born. 1953 days is over 5 years. That means I've been writing this since 2016. I know I started writing it after I retired in 2008, but I have no idea where those earlier entries went. I suspect that Google threw them away when they got too old. Damn.
Eventually the drizzle stopped, so I drug Ellen out of the house and we went riding. We went to the horse place. The trail is several miles long. It started out OK, but got ugly about half a mile in. We had to keep going though, because it's a one way trail.
Ellen had ha hard time. She fell down several times, sometimes hard. She had to walk sections of the trail (so did I). The problem was she got to the point where she was walking sections she could have easily ridden. It took us hours to get around the trail. We won't be going back.
We got home after three. Ellen was way too tired to go to Hog heaven. Amazon had delivered the stuff for the trailer. They'd also delivered the keyboard I needed for the all-in-one. To my surprise it booted. Unfortunately I couldn't get it to connect to the web. The fucking network driver was screwing up again. I tried rebooting and the machine wouldn't boot again. While it was running it was reporting that the battery was dead and not charging. Shit.
I left the thing plugged in and went out to the trailer with Ellen. We decided how to mount the shelf on the pantry door. I didn't feel like doing it and went back in to watch videos instead.
I ate leftover meatloaf for dinner about 8. The rest of the evening was more videos - about car racing tonight.
