We woke up at 7 and got up for breakfast. The pets didn't get anything in honor of Abby getting car sick. Then it was out to hook up.
The normal hookup activities went well. The extra stuff was a disaster. It was only 45 degrees this morning. The waste water hose was so cold that it wouldn't roll up. I had to fold it into the shed. The fresh water hose wouldn't come off it's fitting due to corrosion. I had to get pliers to get it off. Finally, when I tried to roll up the fresh water hose the fitting connecting it to the hose roller broke off. It took more plier work to remove it. I left the broken hose in the car port.
All of this meant that we didn't get out of the club until 8:30. Fortunately there were no traffic problems. We even drove through Portland with no problems. That saved 9 miles and a little time. The only "problem" was a sin that said I84 eastbound was closed between Pendleton and LaGrand. Fortunately that turned out to be bullshit.
We filled up in Boardman because they have that truck island that's easy to access. They only have a $75 limit on fuel though. We got 11.4 traveling to there from the club and 10.5 from there to Richland. We got to Richland at 3.
It was 55 and windy at Richland. We unhooked and then I went over to charge the Bronco II battery. It was already at 95%. After that we put up the StarLink. It's working great.
The rest of the afternoon and evening was videos and surfing. Dinner as a frozen dinner. I'mreally tired and planning to go to bed early.
