We got up at 7:15, did the pet stuff, hooked up, and left by 8:15. I didn't have breakfast because i wasn't feeling well.
The trip was only 275 miles. It was uneventful except for a couple of trucks that were pains in the ass. Some parts of the road were pretty rough. Others were really smooth.
The truck was on track to do a regen just before we got to Las Cruces. I was sweating whether or not it would be finished before we got there. It finished 5 miles from the park. Unfortunately the ash level after the regen was 37%. I'll have to have someone do a forced regen on it. At this rate it will do at least 2 or 3 more regens before we get home. I hope it doesn't decide to throw a code.
We got to the park at 1:20 our time, 2:20 their time. We unhooked and the left to fuel up and got to Mickey D's for lunch. Then it was back to the trailer for videos and rest. Ellen took Abby to the dog park and had her run with the other dogs there. That tired her out a little bit.
Interesting note: While we were unhooking a guy came out of the trailer next door and tried to sell me chocolate cookies with drugs in them. I told him I wasn't interested.
Videos and surfing completed the day. I fixed myself some brisket sliders for dinner.
