Day 2874

We woke up at 8 and got up to do the pet stuff and have breakfast.  Then we took the clothes to the laundromat.  Ellen stayed there and I went back to the trailer to do a few chores and surf.

When the laundry was done we took Abby to the town dog park again.  This time there were plenty of dogs.  She had a great time playing with the dogs and running around.  We spent quite a bit of time there because we wanted to make sure that she was good and tired.  She was.

After that we went to a roach coach grouping in downtown Moab.  The food was good, and not too expensive.  Then we walked around town a while.  We both bought t-shirts.  I ended up at a dog friend restaurant while Ellen was on the can.  I ordered a mojito.

While we were there the car repair place in Baker called.  As expected there's lots wrong with the Bronco.  It has bad brake lines and radiator hoses, worn out steering and AWD parts, leaking valve covers, a cobbled together exhaust system, and some other faults.  All together it will be $1,330 in parts and $3,000 in labor.  In addition I added $500 LED headlights and an enhanced exhaust system.  At this point it's looking like $5,300. It might go little higher, I don't care.  I also plan on getting new tires.  I think the old ones are too old.

I fueled up the truck for tomorrow even though it may not need it.  When we got home I positioned it for hooking up tomorrow.

The rest of the afternoon and evening was surfing and videos.  Dinner was leftover BBQ.

Tomorrow is a short trip, 273 miles, but it's really crappy road.
