We woke up at 7, fed the pets, hooked up and left. We were out a little before 8. No breakfast again, I was still feeling a little sick.
The whole trip was pretty normal although there wasn't as much traffic going in our direction as I expected. Also mileage was a little low at 9.8 or so. That made us stop in Junction for 10 gallons. There was no need for more since fuel was much cheaper in San Antonio.
Given the crappy ash level from the last regen another was due while were were traveling. I was having a hard time figuring when, since the ash % to a mile kept changing. It was going up though. The regen started at just over 300 miles. That compares to 240 miles on the last regen even though the initial ash levels were the same and it was all done hauling the trailer.
The regen started just as we got near Boerne. It cycled between warm and on several times, I'm not sure why. The regen lasted past the Potranco exit. We continued to the next one and turned around. It ended as we were getting back on the freeway. We didn't lose much as the next exit was before the park. We were at the park about 1:15.
The end of the regen was 9% ash level. I think the problem with the last regens (and substandard mileage) was bad fuel. It was probably biodiesel. Both Arizona and New Mexico have liberal governments. I bet they don't require biodiesel to be labeled. Let's hear it for Texas fuel.
We set up and then left for the club. We took the dog. The first thing I did was drop off the Perazzi for repair. It's ready tomorrow. Then we got our shooter packets and bought some ammunition. After that we walked around looking at vendors. Of course lots of people complimented Abby and wanted to pet her.
I guess I'm still a little sick. I ended up shitting myself because I was a long way from a bathroom. I cleaned myself up as well as possible and threw away the underwear. That put an end to the day.
We went back to the trailer and did the wash. I took a little nap. There was no dinner, I didn't feel like it.
After some videos it was an early bedtime.
