If we weren't messing with buying a house, I'd be leaving here for Arizona like our neighbors did this morning. It's cloudy today and the temperature didn't get above 35 degrees. That means we've spent the whole day in the trailer with an antsy dog.
I had to fill the water tank, which involved standing outside in the cold for about half an hour. I took the dog out with me for awhile. After about 10 minutes she wanted back in the trailer. Of course after about an hour in the trailer she'd forgotten about the cold and was lobbying to go out again.
I had to add something. The realtor called about half an hour ago. The people selling the house we like the most have agreed to our offer. There's something about "they won't pay for any repairs" that is a little worrisome. We'll find out some more details tomorrow. At least for now it looks like we've bought ourselves a house.
