Stayed in the trailer all day escaping the cold. I'm not sure that it got much above 40 all day. The wind was blowing and it felt COLD. We got quite a few phone calls today. People at the club, the realtor, the loan people, even the dog trainer. We even got a package containing our mail.
The bottom line is everything is going well at the club. The sellers still haven't answered on our offer. The loan people want more paperwork (surprise). The place near here doesn't have a stud dog available, we may have to go to Oklahoma. There wasn't much in our mail except some bills and some financial statements.
The only useful thing I did today was call an agent about getting home insurance down here. It doesn't seem like it's going to be a problem.
You can find a lot of interesting things on the internet. I think it has as much potential as a time waster as it does as an information resource.
