It rained hard all day. I mean really hard. The park is full of large puddles that are 6 to 8 inches deep. Some of the puddles are 20 feet long. There's one space where the water has covered almost the whole pad. We've got a small one (8 feet across) on the side of our trailer.
The weather thing is so depressing that I couldn't even get up enough energy to look online for more houses. We need to keep at it though, time is running out.
Nobody is doing anything today. I mean they aren't even driving anywhere. The dog just can't understand why we don't want to go outside and get soaked. After all, she's been cooped up in the trailer for two days.
Tonight was fun though. A bluegrass group, the Tennessee Valley Authority, gave a concert at the clubhouse. They were four people, mandolin, banjo, bass, and guitar. They were quite entertaining. The leader had a Garrison Keilor sort of patter that he kept up between songs. At intermission there were lemon bars and some really good punch.
