I spent a lot of time in bed playing games this morning. Then I decided to put in the time it took to finish all the little tasks around here. I put up the weather station thing I bought last spring. Now I have to wait until the wind blows to see how well it works. It's made by the same company, for the same retailer, as the temperature sensor we already have. But the two outdoor sensors are incompatible. Go figure.
I tried to change out the lights in the butterflies, but they use non-standard blubs.
I hung up the wind thingies that Anthony gave us.
I replaced some nails that were coming up in the deck with screws.
I finally finished putting away everything in the garage. I also put Dad's old Phillips 66 thermometer in there so I know how hot I'm getting next spring. The mower tire is flat again, so I pumped it up. I couldn't find a hole in it, so I'm going to try some Slime. I also super glued a new latch on the back of the garden thermometer that we got for Mom. I'll hang it up once the glue has time to dry.
Ellen found that our long lost audio books were supposed to be delivered on the 4th. They said they left a notice, but we didn't get one. We went to the post office and they said to call early Sat to talk to the delivery guy. I got some more deck screws on the way back. I think that there will be more nails that need replacing.
