One of the things that they told me last night was that I wouldn't be getting out before this evening. The day was spent getting woken up on a regular basis for vitals and tests. They did a heart ultrasound and a radio nucleotide stress test. It was all so much fun being wheeled all over the hospital when all I wanted to do was sleep.
They were finally finished messing with me about 2:00. They thought I'd be done by 8:00, but they had 10 people running through the same series of tests that I was going through.
The doctor finally came by about 6:30. He said that the MRI had shown up some deteriorated disks in my neck that were pinching the nerves to my left arm. That explains the symptoms. The tests all showed that my heart is fine.
I can hardly wait to see the bills.
