The weather really sucked today. It was 80+ degrees and raining. If you went outside it felt like a sauna. I'm sure glad that we got the AC fixed.
Because the weather sucked we spent a large part of the day shredding papers and watching the DIY channel. Eventually that got to me, so I went out and cut the lumber for the oven vent. A couple of the cuts were a little long, so I had to sand down the ends of the boards. By the time I was finished I was dripping in sweat.
I actually didn't get the boards completely finished. I have to cut small notches in a couple of them. That takes the jigsaw, and I didn't want to spend the energy to get it out. I was way too hot and sweaty. I'm going to wait until tomorrow when it's cooler to finish it up.
