We got up at 7:30 again. Yesterday morning John and Melissa said they liked donuts for breakfast, so I drove over to HEB and got some. It was raining pretty hard. It continued to rain pretty hard all day. John had mentioned that he wanted to go to Harbor Freight and Cabela's, so that's what we did.
It was raining so hard that I let them off at Cabela's door and parked by myself. It was good I did. There were some unavoidable deep puddles in the parking lot. We looked around. We saw a neat Sig AR, but we didn't know if it was a good deal.
After Cabela's we drove over to Harbor Freight. We stopped at the Chinese place across the place first. John doesn't like Chinese, so he ate alone at the sandwich shop next door. We searched Harbor Freight for a toll John needed. We finally found it, and he used one of my coupons.
When we got home Ellen and Melissa started watching episodes of some TV series on Netflix. John and I read, surfed, and talked. He's almost convinced to buy that rifle at Cabela's.
