Day 155

John and Melissa left today.  Before we left we had breakfast and talked for a couple of hours.  I hope they come back again, it was fun having them.

After they left I put labels on the rotary switch positions.  It's the only thing I can do until I resolve how to put a protective coat on it.  My first test on a piece of scrap failed miserably.  I put the second test board in the sun today to dry.

That's right.  Melissa left and the sun came out.  It was mostly sunny this afternoon - except in the southwest, the direction they were driving.

After the control board I finally got sick enough of the well house door to do something about it.  I got out the plan and really went to work on the edge of the door.  When I was finished it opened and closed with just a little resistance.  That's what I wanted.

Because it was sunny we went to the post office and then to Circle C.  We took the long way to the creek, and Lucy had a good swim.  She needed it, she was beginning to smell doggy.  She smells a lot better tonight.  Ellen is still really sick, and the walk was maybe farther than she should have gone.

When we got home we did a little surfing and then had leftovers for dinner.  Ellen watched Netflix.  Unfortunately that killed my internet, so I read magazines.

I found a couple of estate sales today, so we'll be going to them tomorrow.
