We spent most of the day hanging pictures. At least I did. Ellen did the wash and sorted out papers for shredding.
I hung 16 pictures and 2 clocks between the house and the apartment. We don't have anything left to hang. The funny part is that we could use a few more pictures for the bathrooms and the apartment bedrooms. I'm sure we'll acquire some.
We went to look at a sofa. Ellen decided it was too worn. I'm getting burnt out on Craig's list. Unless it's close and really looks interesting I'm giving it a pass.
We shredded another bag and a half of papers. The shredder shut down twice. It's garbage day tomorrow and the can is loaded to capacity.
With the pictures up the house is really beginning to look like a home. It's time to start doing cleanup - vacuum, put away the stuff on the counters, take out the boxes, clear out the porch, etc.
