Day 180

The major work that we need to do on the house is done, so now it's time for the smaller stuff. Ellen spent most of the day going through papers and deciding what needed shredding. I did the shredding.

In between overheating the shredder I did some other small but time consuming tasks. I put up the last picture (we forgot one). I put up a couple of clothes hooks in Ellen's closet and a tie rack in mine. I also repacked the award plaques that we decided we wouldn't hang up. I also did a little cleanup in the kitchen.

All of the boxes from the move have now been broken down and are ready to be put away. All of the packing material has either already been thrown away or is bagged ready to be thrown away. Once I move the boxes out the house will look like it's ready to be lived in.

I cleaned up the porch and moved some of the cat stuff that's been sitting out there for a month into the cat room. We took a whole lot of the garden stuff, mainly sprinklers planters and pots, to Goodwill.
