We spent the whole day at the Wimberley market days. We got sort of a late start. It was more pleasant eating a leisurely breakfast and reading the paper than it was hurrying to leave.
We paid a little for the late start. We had to wait about 15 minutes to get into a parking space. There was plenty of parking available though.
We saw a couple of nice furniture pieces, but nothing that we really needed. The people with the concrete address stones were there. We'll probably order one in the fall. The only things we bought were a pink flamingo ($10) and a dremel tool ($4). I turns out the the dremel tool doesn't work. However, the chainsaw sharpener and the dremel accessories that came with it are probably worth $4.
After market days we went to downtown Wimberley and looked around. We didn't buy anything. We did go to a restaurant/bar overlooking the creek for drinks and appetizers. There was a little 3 man band there that was entertaining.
We were tired when we got home, so we just watched movies.
