Day 863

I woke up at 7:45.  I surfed for awhile and got up about 8:30.  After breakfast and pet stuff I loaded up the car and we left for Capitol.  Traffic was pretty good.  I thought I'd lucked out.  There was an ACE store right on 183.  Unfortunately they didn't have the screws I needed.

It was warm today, eventually 90.  I'm glad we got there early.  We shot the main, which was the competition targets from last week.  They were pretty stiff, and I'm out of practice.  I did OK on about half the stations, and crappy on the rest.  We did a few of the super sporting stations, but none of the master's course.  I didn't run the dog.  It was hot and she was off lead for most of the time we were shooting.

We were done a little after noon.  The traffic on the way back was heavier, but still bareable.  We stopped at the Cajun place fo lunch.  After that it was the post office and home.

The handle for the bathroom door came today, so I can install it when I get the screws.  I had Ellen touch up the places I munged when I was cutting the holes for the handles.  Once I attach the handle it will be time to put up the rail and hang the door.

After the painting I did my exercises and took the dog to the mailbox.  She is tired from running around the club.

Dinner was a fish burger.  After dinner was TV and reading.
