Day 866

Woke up at 8:30 this morning - another late night.  I got up almost immediately, did the pet stuff and had breakfast.  We left about 9:15.  The dog had to stay in the crate because it was sunny and going to get hot.  I drove the Sportclips and got a haircut.  Then we went to BestBuy because Ellen had a $10 off coupon.  We bought a movie.

After that we walked around Sam's club, but didn't buy anything.  The last stop was Costco.

When we got home Ellen's sister called.  She wanted to make sure that we'd done something about the smell in the apartment.  After we were finished talking I called the sewer people.  They are coming out Friday to pump the pipes and check the system.  I'll probably need them to recommend a plumber to check the vents.  I also called the garage door guy.  I told him I wanted to have a key fob for the new door.  That way I can open it without going into the apartment.

After some surfing I called Bob to see if he needed my proxy.  He said things at the club were much improved and he didn't see any need for it right now.  We had a good conversation.  I think he was using me as a break from working.

Ellen and I did some joint Amazon shopping today.  We bought several things to improve things in the trailer - a wifi antenna, a smoke alarm, and a cook top.  We also bought some things for us - a USB charger, and a workbench mat.  I also signed us up for an Amazon credit card.  It gets us 5% off.  If we'd used it this year we would have saved almost $400.

I did my exercises and then cut the metal strip for the bathroom door.  Than I painted it.  I probably won't get to it tomorrow, but I will have time to do it on Friday.  Then I took the dog to the mailbox.

Dinner was baked potatoes.  After that we watched the 4K DVD we bought.  That TV is marvelous.
