Ellen decided to cook the brisket today. That meant we had to sit around for hours while it cooked. I spent the time building some of the viaduct pillars. I cut the top off of three I had been using and put new tops on. I learned quite a lot about how to do things. I'll be building up the other pillars and then cutting them down with the dremel. The next step is to make up the other ten pillars.
The rest of the time was spent surfing. When the brisket was done we went to Circle C and HEB. The poor dog had spent the whole day trying to get us to go somewhere. We walked around and watched a little soccer. Lucy seemed to be a little more subdued than yesterday. She was also favoring her leg when she ran. She didn't favor it when she was walking. I'm going to watch her carefully the next few days.
That was about that today.
