I got up fairly early this morning and read the paper. Then I went to Costco to get some veggies for the block party. I also stopped at the pet store to get some kitty litter (Lucy got a treat). I was going to stop at Circle C, but I forgot.
I went out to work on the layout. I was sorting through the electrical stuff I've collected when I realized that the dog hadn't had a walk. So we took a walk around the neighborhood. When we got back I had lunch and then went out and did some more sorting. After awhile that got boring, so I went back to the house and started playing with the label maker I bought. I kind of got into it and ended up making a whole lot of labels for the wiring.
After the labels were done I decided to look for some of the electrical parts that I still need to get. They all comes from China, so I'll have to wait to order them. The good news is that they don't cost much.
Then it was time to go to the party. There was quite a turnout. I talked to several people and had a good dinner - quesidellas, turkey, veggies, and some kind of fruit dessert. Lucy got a few carrots.
After the party I just surfed.
