The alarm went off, I turned over and went back to sleep. I was up until 1 last might reading. I got up about 9:15, did the pet stuff and had breakfast.
Ellen s not feeling good. She is suffering the effects of the surgery and ha to go to the bathroom about every 45 minutes. So we did nothing today. I didn't even do my exercises. Instead I surfed and read.
About 4:30 I took the dog to the back and ran her. She did 40 retrieves.
The evening was reading and TV.
