I called Kimber today to get an RMA for the Solo. They said they'd mail me one. That got me started on a multi-hour search for the original grips. I went through the whole house and every likely place in the garage. I finally found them in the safe. I'd looked there to begin with, but had missed them.
After that it was errand time. I had to get a prescription filled and get a new case to ship the Solo in. We also stopped by Bed, Bath, and Beyond and picked up a new toaster oven for the house. We'll take the current one back to Oregon with us to put in the trailer. The one that's there now sucks.
After that we went to Cheddar's for lunch. It was good food that didn't cost very much. Then we stopped at Costco for water ane more tooth brushes. We also stopped at their liquor store. The store had the rum Ellen uses for mojitos on sale for $10 a big bottle. We bought two - one for here and one for Oregon.
After that we went home. I hadn't done anything on the house today due to the great grip search. So I spent a little more than an hour cutting back the bush on the deck. Then I cleared the leaves off the deck and the front entry.
Ellen went to archery in the evening. I surfed and called Mom. I talked to her just as she was returning from dinner downstairs. She couldn't remember what she had. She's liking the cat though.
