Day 45

I didn't post this yesterday because I didn't want to do it all on the touchpad keyboard.  Using it to type a lot of text is a pain in the ass.

First, the trip to Cabela's.  It was very successful.  I found a pistol I really liked - a Sig 290.  And I got 10% off.  I also bought some odds and ends and reloading components for 6.8 SPC.  I still need to get the dies.  They had a band and were serving dinner.  We ate even though it was late, after 9.  We were back home by about 11.

When I woke up this morning I decided it was going to be a do nothing day.  So the morning was surfing - in bed and at breakfast.  I felt guilty about the lousy day Lucy had yesterday.  We left twice and she was locked in the house both times.  So we took her to the park for retrieves.  She did an amazing number.

Then we did some much needed grocery shopping.  By the time we finished it had been an hour, so we took Lucy to Tomlinson's so she could get some hamburgers.  Then it was home, I didn't feel like eating out and it was too windy to sit outside anyway.

In keeping with the do nothing day the rest of the day was surfing, reading, and TV.  The only useful thing I did was install the new blu-ray player in the living room and move the old one to the bedroom.
