In honor of finishing the yard yesterday, I took the day off (mostly). After sleeping in a little, breakfast, and a little surfing we went to an estate sale. I knew it wasn't going to be a good one, and it wasn't. I went there because it was a short drive in Circle C.
Then we went to the park. We walked over to the bridge. We let the dog have unstructured time over there. Of course when we got to the bridge she swam, a lot. She also did retrieves all the way back to dry off. After that it was too early for lunch, so we went to Costco. I wanted to have Ellen get a flu shot, but it's not clear she should until after the test. So we settled for some water and playing with their laptops. They are having a Thanksgiving sale and she might buy one.
After that we got the mail and made a short trip to Tomlinson's to get a dog treat. Then we went to the Italian place. We had lunch and Lucy had the treats.
When we got home we surfed and Lucy hit the couch. After about an hour I felt guilty for doing nothing. So I opened up the new weather station and set it up. Then I cleaned up the kitchen table and took out a whole lot of garbage. I was going to set up the LED tree we got yesterday, but the timer I was going to use didn't work. I'll have to get one.
The rest of the day was spent on surfing, Gold Derp, and zombies.
There's a gun show in New Braunfels tomorrow. I think I'll go.
