We got up at 7 today, not because we wanted to. The wind blew hard all night. Hard enough to shake the trailer. At 7 it blew the bedroom window holder out it slot. I had to get up, get my glasses, pull off the screen, put the holder back in its slot, and then put the screen back in. I also had to reattach the window ruffle. After that I was fully awake.
So we surfed for an hour and a half or so. Then it was get up, do the pet stuff, and have breakfast. After breakfast it was more surfing because the checkin time in Tucson was 2. About 9:30 Ellen called. They said we could come in early, so we hooked up and left.
The drive to Tucson was another nice uneventful drive. Traffic in town wasn't bad, either. We got to the campground about 12. Ellen had gotten us a covered spot. It's nice and doesn't cost extra.
We ate sandwiches for lunch. Then we went to Camping World to pick up a few items. We left Lucy at home - she was not amused. The next stop was Costco. I went there for almonds and ended up buying a new pillow and some things for the house.
We tried going to a liquor store, but the ones we found were in bad areas of town. One only sold through a window. The other had everything in locked cases. We said screw it and went home.
I was guilty so we took the dog for a walk. We went to a fish pond area and fed the turtles. Then we played horseshoes for awhile.
When we got back we fed the animals and then went to the casino. We ate at the buffet. It was great and we got a senior discount. Then we fond a cow machine and played it for awhile. We ended up losing 75 cents.
Ellen's asshole was giving her problems, so we went home. It was 9 by the time we got there. The rest of the evening was surfing.
