We got up at 8 today. I want to start making sure we don't sleep in too much. After pet stuff and breakfast we left to vote. On the way out we stopped to look in the mailbox. That's when we discovered someone had bashed it. It was too damaged to be repaired.
There wasn't even any line when we got to the polling place. We voted. Then we stopped at Tractor Supply for a mailbox. They didn't have any, but we did buy some birdseed.
Home Depot had mailboxes, so we stopped there and bought one. When we got home I replaced the broken one with the new one. Ellen started cleaning the trailer.
When I finished with the mailbox we started in on putting a roof back on the truck shelter. It was blowing a little bit. That made part of the operation easy and part of it difficult. When we got the roof on I went around and tightened the guy ropes.
By then it was after 2 and time for lunch. Before I fixed it I unpacked the new toaster oven. It works great. It should, it's the same as the old one.
That was pretty much it for the day. After lunch I decided I'd done enough. So I spent the rest of the afternoon surfing.
Dinner was sloppy joes. We don't have anything else. After dinner we watched a 4K movie. The TV is just magnificent.
