I got up at 8:20 today. It felt like I was getting up really early. I really didn't want to. After pet stuff and breakfast we left for Portland. We stopped at Lee Farms on the way to pick up donuts for Hooch and cherry pie for Martha.
We stopped at Mom's. We took her to the walkway between the buildings. That way Lucy could be with us. Lucy really liked seeing Mom, and Mom really liked seeing Lucy. I got her a strawberry milkshake and we talked for awhile. Mom really seemed to be with it and doing well.
It got to be lunch time, so we ordered lunch and they served us in the walkway. Mom had her usual Cobb salad. Lucy got most of the bacon.
When we went back downstairs we got Mom to stay out in the common area. Of course we had to bribe her with chocolate cake. That's where we left her.
When we got to Hooch's he and I went out to connect up his battery testing box. He had quite a bit of trouble getting the sex on the crimp connectors right. When we finally got everything connected we found two problems. First, one of the switches didn't have the current capacity required. Second one of the voltage meters was reading the wrong voltage.
We had to quit at that point because Hooch had to leave for an appointment. While he was gone I looked at the components and worked out a circuit diagram. Then I spent a lot of time shopping for truck accessories.
At dinner time I went out to Papa Murphy's. I took Alicia to choose what we wanted. When we got home Martha cooked them and we had dinner. Hooch didn't get home until almost 9. We talked for a little while and then left for home. When we got home it was a little surfing and then bed.
