We woke up a little after 8. It was raining heavily. So we just stayed in bed and surfed for quite awhile. It was almost 11 by the time that we'd finished the pet stuff and breakfast. Ellen had to mail a certified letter, so after some more surfing we left for the post office. It had stopped raining.
After that we went to the company stores. I wanted a new lightweight sweatshirt. The one I have is getting worn out. We walked all over the place. We found several candidates and finally bought one. Along the way we did a lot of other shopping. The only other thing we bought though was some t-shirts for Martha.
We ate a really late lunch at Elmer's. Then we drove to the Keizer pet store for dog food. Unfortunately they didn't have what we wanted. The last stop was Roth's for bananas.
It started raining just as we got home. We watched football. There wasn't any dinner. After the big late lunch we didn't want any. It kept raining at intervals, sometimes really hard.
The rest of the evening was TV and surfing.
