Day 1419

We got up about 8:30 today, did the pet stuff, and had breakfast.  It was raining pretty hard.  We left to go to Portland.

The first stop was Touchmark.  Mom was laying in bed.  She got up as soon as we got there.  We took her out into the common area so she could have a chocolate donut.  After sitting there and taling for quite awhile we took her to the breezeway.  I went downstairs to get her a milkshake.

It turns out that they have a Sunday buffet.  So we had that.  It was really good.  We ate lunch and talked for quite awhile.  Mom seemed to be doing well.  She was talking, petty Lucy, and ate quite a bit.  About 1:30 we left to go to Hooch's.

Alicia was playing video games.  Everyone else was playing with the bird.  It's actually pretty friendly, but it will shit on you with no warning.

Martha fixed us some rolls.  They were great.  Then we went to dinner.  We had to go to three places before we found one that wasn't full.  It was a sushi place.  I ordered yakisoba.  It was good, but really salty.

After that we went back to Hooch's to pick up the rolls.  We talked for awhile and then left.  The drive back was really nice, little traffic.  It took 40 minutes.

The rest of the evening was TV and surfing.  For some reason the wifi isn't working.  I had to tether the phone.
