Day 1349

We didn't get up until almost 8:30.  The new bed is really nice.  My back felt better this morning than it has in a long time.  After pet stuff and breakfast Ellen went outside to paint.  She came back in almost immediately saying she needed gloves.  So we went to Woodburn.

Then Dollar General had what we needed, and some stuff we didn't know we needed.  After we went to the post office we went home.  Ellen went back to work and I did a little surfing.  I don't have anything to do until either she's finished painting or some of the stuff we've ordered shows up.

While Ellen was painting I looked up the price of the reloading stuff I want to sell.  Some of it is surprising.  Wads that I bought at discount for $4 15 years ago now sell for $4.50.  Wow.  Of course primers, powder, and lead have gone up a lot.

Ellen came in for lunch.  After lunch we went shooting.  I shot the 20 ga using #9 reloads I  made at least 11 or more years ago.  They worked pretty good.  I like the gun and shoot it pretty well.  I just wish my eyes worked.

When we were finished we fed the pets and went to dinner at the place on River Road that I've always wanted to stop at.  It's a real red neck place.  The beer is cheap and the food is pretty good, but greasy.  They must have given me a complete bag of tater tots.

When we got home we spent the rest of the evening on TV and a little bit of surfing.  I did take the dog for a walk.  She didn't seem excited to go when we started.  Then a squirrel ran across the road over by the freeway.  After that she was all over looking for another.
