We got up at 8 today, did the pet stuff and had breakfast. After some surfing it was time to leave for Portland. The first stop was the post office to pick up a package. They were closed even though it was 9:15 and they were supposed to be open at 8:30.
It took another 45 minutes to get to the Blu-dog place. It's a little off 205 and a little south of I82. When we got there the lady we needed to talk to was there. We waited for a few minutes and she showed up. That's when she told us we didn't have to come. We left the chair with her anyway and she said she'd call later to tell us when the new chair would be here.
After that we went to their parts dept and ordered a cabinet door and some cabinet hardware. The parts were $40 and the shipping was another $30. They'll call when they come in. The trip back was fantastic. Traffic was moving at 65 or better all the way to I5. We did slow down before Wilsonville, but it was good the rest of the way.
The post office was open on the way back, so we did get the package.
When we got home I went out to the shed. I built up the brackets for the other compartment struts. That's as far as I can go until the struts come in. I also installed hooks in the basement for the slideout crank and the two water hoses. I hate crawling into the basement to work. I also dug a few weeds out out of the driveway. They've been bugging me since we got here.
That's all I did. Then it was inside for some surfing and TV until leftover Chinese for dinner. After dinner was more TV.
