I woke up at 7:30, but didn't feel like getting up. So I went back to sleep until almost 9. After pet stuff and breakfast I surfed for awhile. I was really avoiding filling the water tank. It just went to one light, but I don't want to have to mess with it this weekend while I'm attending class.
After that we went to Lowe's to price out the materials to build the barriers for the 5-stand. The whole thing came to $111. I wouild have bought it all myself, but Lowe's didn't have all of the brackets that we need. We also stopped at the pet store so Lucy could get a treat.
On the way home we stopped at Roth's for a couple of things and the post office. When we got home it was time for a late lunch. Then we went shooting. We had fun. The height of the gun rack gave Ellen some problems, so when we got done I looked at what I could do to lower it. Because of clearance issues, I couldn't lower it much more than an inch. That involved taking everything apart and then using the club's drill press to drill a new hole in the center shaft. That took awhile because none of the tools are organized anymore. I took more time looking for sockets and wrenches than I did working on the rack. Also, there was no wrench for the drill press chuck. I had to use one that didn't fit, but was barely usable.
After that was done we had a quick dinner before the board meeting. They spent most of the meeting going over the first quarter financials. I zoned out and surfed. They did agree with my proposal for the 5-stand, and told me I could spend up to $120.
After that we went back to the trailer. The rest of the evening was TV and reading.
