I woke up at 7, probably because I went to bead early last night. I turned over and went back to sleep until a little after 8. Then it was pet stuff and breakfast with a little surfing. Then we drove to the Lowe's by the airport to pick up the stuff for the 5-stand. Of course they didn't have some brackets I needed. That meant a stop at Home Depot to pick up the rest.
All of that meant that we didn't get back until 11:45. I unloaded the truck at the 5-stand and then got the stuff I needed to do the job. I didn't want to eat yet, so I started on the first window. It took me an hour to do because I was working out how to do things. It came out nice though.
It was 1 when I finished the first window. I went back to the trailer to eat. Ellen was watching a chick flick. I ate and then went back. Ellen said she would come over to see how the first window looked when the movie was done.
Ellen got there while I was about half finished with the second window. She helped a little and I asked her to stay because I might need help with the large (third) window. It turned out that I didn't really, but her being there did speed everything up. I'd forgotten to buy brackets for the divider 2x4's in the large windows. I toe nailed them in instead. That will work fine. Ellen stayed for the rest of the windows, and we were done by 4:30.
On the way back I stopped to throw away the scraps, a few pieces of wood under 6 inches). The club door was open, so I took the left over screws and nails in. I also let Dave and Vandy know that the job was done.
We went back to the trailer and I put everything away. Then it was dinner and a lot of online shopping, but no buying. About 7:30 I went out to do my exercises. I noticed that the tree branches were rubbing the roofs on the shed and well house. So I got out the ladder and cut them down and hauled them away instead. I think that was equivalent.
The rest of the evening was reading.
