Day 1336

We got up about 7:30, did the pet stuff and had breakfast.  Since I planned on seeing Hooch I had a limited goal of just cleaning up some of the stuff still scattered around the trailer.  I kept getting sidetracked. 

First, there was a list of small things that we needed to order from Amazon.  Then I collected a bunch of stuff for Goodwill and put it in the shed for final sorting tomorrow.  I took one of the unused wire baskets and hung it in the front basement.  It may be too lightly built for the job - we'll see.  Then I installed a hook for the extension cord by the plug in in the big basement.  Finally I measured the front and big basements for carpet.

All of this was done in overlapping time.  At one point I forgot the spray was on in the black tank and overfilled it.  It doesn't look like it hurt anything.  We'll see.

By the time I'd done all of that it was 11 and time to leave.  Our first stop was the pet store by Hooch's place.  We needed dog food because the sealed bag that I had in the shed contained thoroughly rotted food.  Then we stopped at the bagel place there for lunch.  On the way from there to Hooch's we made a quick stop at an estate sale.  It was picked over because it's Sunday.

When we got to Hooch's place he and I went to the garage to try to find a place for the safe.  We settled on one, but it's not optimal.  Then we went out back and played badminton with the kids for hours.  About 6:30 I went with Alicia to Happy Panda to buy dinner.

It was after 8 when I loaded up the car and we started home.  We made really good time, but it was still about 9:30 when we got home.  I cleared out everything under the bed and put in the guns.  They just fit.  Then I unpacked all of the packages and dealt with them.  By then it was 10.

After a little surfing it was bedtime.
