I woke up ad played games for a while before getting up for pet stuff and breakfast. After a short surfing session I put the computer away and started the hook up activities. I could see a rainstorm approaching and I wanted to get on the road before it arrived.
We managed to get hooked up just as the first raindrops were falling. The rain got worse as we got to I84. It continued to rain for about half an hour. After that it was dry and cloudy.
For some reason we got poor mileage the whole trip, 9.4 overall. It was like we had a headwind, but I don't think that we did.
When we got to Baker City we stopped at the Albertson's. It had the cheapest diesel in town. We called Dan. He's on his own Patsy is in Atlanta. We bought a bunch of food for the three of us to eat for the next few days. We also went to BiMart and got Abby a couple of frisbees. Then it was off to Richland. I drove very conservatively.
When we got to town we stopped at Dan's and unloaded all of the food. Then we went to the park. After a long talk with Sue we parked and unhooked. Ellen fed the animals while i had another long talk with Sue. She just seemed really social able today. I also hooked up the Bronco to the battery charger.
At 4 we went to the Shorthorn for taco night with Dan and his friends. The 5 of us had tacos and dessert along with drinks for $40. After that I went to the ice cream place and got root beer, ice cream and a $50 Damascus folding knife with handmade sheath. It was a deal that I couldn't pass up. Ellen went with Dan to sing at the church.
I went home and fed the animals. Then it was videos until Ellen got back. We watched Gutfeld and then I switched to surfing.
There's a multi-family garage sale tomorrow. I plan on going. On Saturday there's another sale and a car show inn Halfway.
