I got up early this morning, because I couldn't sleep and to play some Minions. After an hour of surfing an Minions I got up. There wasn't much to do in the morning except wait until about noon to go get the mail. So I did more Minions and surfing. Ellen sewed and started her cleansing for surgery.
About 11:30 I took the dog with me to the post office. By that time Ellen couldn't be very far from a toilet. I stopped at HEB first to get her a toothbrush and some toilet paper. I also stopped at Staples to get a couple of folders for the trust documents. The next stop was the soccer fields by the post office. It's the only mowed place without stickers that I know of. It's mowed like a golf course and they keep the ground moist. Lucy loved it. The wid was blowing and she did 23 long retrieves (40-60 yds).
The reason I waited to go to the post office is because we were expecting new hardware from Amazon. It was there.
When I got home Ellen immediately set to work on the new hardware. She had to stop frequently to go to the can. It all went together with only a modicum of hassle. The result is that now we are getting what we paid for (100 Mbps) over the wireless. Before we were only getting it over a hard line to the Blu-ray player. Surfing is noticeably faster and Ellen is much happier when she watches TV and movies on her laptop.
It's evening now. Ellen is about cleaned out, but hungry. I'm getting Minions set up so that I'll have a party to deal with at the hospital tomorrow. That should help take my mind off what's happening.
