I got up at the usual time and did the morning things. I also started the wash. Then I put the dog in the car and went to the hospital. It was cloudy when I left, but only partly cloudy by the time I got there. The whole parking structure was full, so that meant I couldn't stay. I went in to see Ellen for a few minutes and then went home.
When I got home I finished putting wood filler on the door jamb that Lucy chewed. I also sanded the part that I did a few days ago. It's not perfect, but it will do. Then I got on Amazon and bought some medical supplies for Ellen. After that it was just surfing waiting for Ellen to call. I also finished the wash.
She called a little before 3. I left the dog at home even though it was cloudy again. I stopped at the post office on the way over. I was only at the hospital for a few minute when they started the checkout process. Of course that took awhile. They gave her three new prescriptions. I hadn't brought her ID though so we had to drive home for it.
I got the ID and the dog and went back to the pharmacy. We got the drugs and went home. I'm spending the evening surfing while Ellen watches all the shows that were recorded while she was gone. I'm going to call Mom in a little bit. Apparently she's been moved into one of the assisted living places.
