It was cloudy today, so I took the dog with me when I went out to do some errands. I wanted to pick up my drugs, buy a crate for the dog, some putty to repair her chew marks, some better folders for the trust documents, and some groceries. I managed to get everything except the folders at Wally World. I didn't feel like going anywhere else to get them.
I called up Ellen and she wanted me to go to the hospital. So I did. The dog came with me because it was cloudy and starting to rain a little. I basically sat around playing Minions and talking with her a little.
The surgeon came in about 4:30. He said he wanted to keep her another night to make sure she didn't have any complications. I stayed a little longer after he left, then I left. I threw retrieves for the dog in the parking lot before we left. She did almost 30, but they were on the short side.
The damn entrances on Mopac were still closed, so I had to drive over to 183 again. By the time I got there it was raining hard. Of course Texans can't drive in the rain. I had to suffer through them all the way home.
When I got home I did some surfing and some reading.
