We got up about 7:30, but didn't get out of bed until 8. Then it was pet stuff and breakfast. Then I started in on the pre-departure chores.
The first one was to do the second phase of the floor repair. That involved using a hair dryer to smooth out the floor covering. I also had to loosen a trim piece to free it. Then I glued it and weighted it down with ammo cans.
With that done I went to the storage unit. I assembled the two new storage racks. Then I put all of the stuff that had been lying on the floor in them. When I was finished everything had a place. It was great.
Next on the list was packing some stuff in the truck and positioning it for hook up tomorrow. Finally it was dumping all of the tanks.
While I was doing all of that Ellen was making reservations. We're going to have to stay in the lousy KOA in Hurricane again. Everything else is full. I hate baby boomers.
We got finished about 12:30. We stopped by Dan's and invited him the the shorthorn. We'd just sat down when an elderly lady fell leaving the restaurant. She cut up her face and broke her glasses. I took her glasses back to the trailer to fix them while other people helped her.
We finally had lunch and then went back to Dan's to watch football. The Cowboys lost. Yeah. We took the dogs for a walk at Sportsman's Access. Lucy had a good time, but didn't walk around as much as the last time we were there.
We fed the pets and then went back to Dan's for more football. About 8:30 we said our goodbyes and went back to the park. We put the Bronco in the storage unit.
The rest of the evening was getting ready to leave followed by an early bed time.
