I woke up at 8 and played games until 9. Then it was get up and do pet stuff, followed by breakfast. After breakfast we did a little surfing. We're both tired from Las Vegas. I'm tired from yesterday's drive, too.
Eventually we decided to do something. We went to the railroad museum. It was small, but interesting. Half of it was several elaborate model train sets. When we were done there we went to the city museum. It was really interesting. It had several displays like an old settler's wagon and a truck from the dust bowl migration.
Across the street was a 4-8-4 locomotive, built in 1927. Of course I spent a while marveling at it. By then it was after 1, so we had lunch at an old style diner across the street.
We stopped at a gun store on the way home. It was supposed to be a range also, but it wasn't. After a short visit we went back home. I took the dog for a walk around the park. She hasn't been out of the trailer except to go to the can for days.
The rest of the day was dedicated to rest. I sat by the pool and read for awhile. Then it was TV. Ellen fixed steak and hash browns for dinner. It's the first non-leftover dinner we've had in awhile.
The rest of the night was TV. It's early to bed because we have to get up early and do 300 miles tomorrow.
