It was another cold morning leading to a late rising time. After pet stuff and breakfast we left to do the laundry. It took a little longer than usual because Ellen washed all of the bedding as well as the normal stuff.
When the laundry was done we went to Safeway to get the last of the travel groceries. We also stopped at the post office to say goodbye to them and make sure that the forwarding was in place. From there we went back to CVS to get the drugs that we couldn't get yesterday. The final stops were the pet store for a rice bone and the gas station.
When we got home I dumped the tanks. When that was done I disconnected the sewer hose and capped the pipe. I also lined up the truck so that connecting up tomorrow should go quickly. That pretty much completed the preparations for leaving. I'll still have a significant amount of work to do tomorrow, but I didn't want to get all the way hooked up.
Tomorrow will involve a bunch of stuff to do before we leave. I'll have to move the gun boxes and clothes into the trailer. Then I'll have to check the trailer tires. Finally it will be hook up and go. Hopefully Ellen won't take a long time getting the interior ready. To some extent this is the first time we've traveled with this trailer. I'm hoping to get going about 8:30 tomorrow.
After I'd finished outside I just surfed and watched TV until dinner time. Dinner was the things we'd purchased at Hopdoddy's. After that it was a little more TV. I went to bed early because for some reason I was really sleepy.
