The weatherman said that it would be 25 degrees when the park opened today. So we decided to go shooting instead. We woke up at 8, and surfed in bed until after 9. Then we got up, did the pet stuff, and had breakfast. By then the temperature at the park was in the 50's, with a very strong wind.
We packed the shooting stuff into the truck and went to the club. The wind was really strong. We rented a cart because it was so cheap - $8. They have the main course set up for the senior games, so we had to shoot the beginner's course. The wind made it somewhat entertaining. At one station I missed a pair because the wind almost blew me off the stand when I called pull.
When we were finished we had a good conversation with the people at the club. I really didn't want to go home, so we decided to take the dog to St. George for a bath. That turned out well because we stopped at In-n-Out on the way for lunch. After the dog wash I still didn't want to go home, so we stopped at some company stores on the way back. We ended up buying some bamboo sheets. We also got some sketcher's shoes. I've been wanting to get a pair to try.
We finally got home at 5:30. We fed the pets and Ellen fixed sausage and hash browns for dinner. After dinner was TV. The signal was lousy, but watchable. The wi-fi was unusable. There was no internet connection. This place sucks.
We're planning on getting up a little early tomorrow, so it was easy to bed.
