We got up at 8:30, did the pet stuff, and had breakfast. Then we packed up the trailer to leave. The trip was short, only 145 miles. The road and traffic were almost perfect. We averaged over 60 mph (no stops) and got over 10 mpg.
That meant we got to the park about 40 minutes before their checkin time. It was actually an hour and 40 minutes because we forgot about the timezone change. Everything worked out though. They had a place ready by the time we had checked in.
This is a really nice place, much nicer than Mogadishu. It's got a restaurant in the main building as well as a nice shop and two pools. We had lunch at the restaurant and then went back to the trailer to watch a little TV. I fell asleep.
When I woke up we fed the animals and then went to a casino across the highway. It was fun to walk around and look at the sights. We lost $10 playing cows. Then we went back home. We spent the rest of the evening watching the TV.
