We only worked for half a day, but we made a lot of painting progress. I finished the second coat on the master bedroom. Ellen finished the last wall of the second bedroom and did a second coat on the other three. I also managed to get all of the boxes put away in the garage.
After that we went to Fry's. I picked up a $200 flat panel TV wall mount kit for $44. We also got a combination printer for $70. It's wireless and has a scanner function.
We went to a Craig's list seller and picked up a dresser for the master bath. It looks pretty good. We can't put it in the bedroom until the painting is done. We tried to buy a file cabinet, but we couldn't make connections with the seller.
We also stopped by Home Depot to get the blinds that we bought cut. While we were there we picked up a new kitchen light at a very reasonable price. When we got home we installed it. It makes a huge difference in how lighted the place is when it's dark out.
