We got up after two activities. The first was a half hour nap after the alarm went off and the second was a little surfing/Minions. I did the pet stuff and had breakfast. Then I went to get the paper. It rained last night and everything was pretty wet.
I read the newspaper(s) for most of the morning. Ellen surfed. The dog REALLY wanted to go someplace, so about noon we drove to the park in Dripping Springs. It started raining just as we got to Dripping Springs. We went to the park anyway. We couldn't give up on an opportunity for Lucy to run in relatively cool weather. We stood under a tree while she did 23 retrieves. The tree kept us relatively dry. The rain started up much harder just as Lucy finished.
We ate lunch at the pizza place by HEB. It was raining and under 80, so Lucy was OK in the car. The food was OK. We'll probably stop there again. After lunch we went over to HEB and bought a couple of things.
When we got home we both played games (Minions for me). When I finished the game I started reading magazines. It started raining again before 5 and hasn't stopped.
